My client is taking on exciting new projects, giving a Contract Manager the opportunity to play a key role in delivering and growing a busy commercial electrical operation.

This Contract Manager role offers genuine ownership across contracts, commercial performance, programme planning and site delivery, with direct exposure to senior management and the opportunity to make a visible impact as new projects come on board.

You’ll have the opportunity to take projects from planning through to successful delivery, using your commercial electrical experience across contract management, procurement, cost control, forecasting, risk and programme management. You’ll also work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Contract Manager opportunity would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong working relationships and bringing together the commercial, operational and compliance sides of a project. Your experience managing commercial electrical installation projects, alongside knowledge of contract conditions, CDM, design management and cost control, will give you a strong platform to make an immediate contribution.

The role is suited to a Contract Manager with a strong commercial electrical background, supported by SMSTS and a Gold or Black CSCS Card, with EV and Solar City & Guilds qualifications providing an excellent foundation for the projects ahead.
