Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our clinical trial agreements. You will leverage your expertise in contract law and negotiation to draft, review, and manage the lifecycle of contracts from initiation to completion. You will also collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Experience in contract management, preferably in healthcare
Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
