Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day onsite operation and support the welfare of temporary workers
Ensure accurate payroll processing and resolve worker queries
Coach, support and monitor temporary worker performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Source, assess and match suitable candidates to client vacancies
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining company standards and values
Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office
A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
For Contract Manager roles, previous experience in recruitment, onsite account management or workforce management is essential.
For Contract Coordinator roles, previous recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
