The assignment at a glance
Title: Contract Lead
Location: London (team based in London)
Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (inside IR35, no flex on rate)
Duration: 6 months

Security Clearance: CTC (or willingness/eligibility to obtain)
Key responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the single supplier framework.
Operational management of the relationship, including task order contracts and performance management.
Capturing, reviewing and reporting KPIs, ensuring timely receipt and robust challenge where needed.
Monitoring and checking spend against agreed parameters.
Holding the supplier to account contractually, in line with NEC4 provisions and best practice.
What our client is looking for
Extensive hands-on contract management experience - this must be operational contract management, not purely sourcing or commercial negotiation.
Proven experience in relationship management with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong practical understanding of NEC4 contracting.
Confidence in managing KPIs, spend tracking and performance reporting.
Background in Public Sector or large capital/estate projects is highly advantageous.
