Description:
Title: Contract IT Support Engineer
Office Location: Camberley, Hampshire (Monday to Friday)
Duration: 6 months (immediate start)
IR35: Small Company Exemption
Key Responsibilities:
Provide BAU IT support for multiple end clients
Triage, diagnosis, & support service desk support calls though a ticketing system
Provide end user 1st/2nd line support across multiple devices, including, but not limited to
Windows OS
Telephony systems - previous telecoms industry experience is desirable
Active Directory & Group Policy
Network and security understanding - firewalls, routing, VPN etc.
Office 365 or azure administration is desirable but not essential.
Software and hardware knowledgeEssential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a service desk BAU environment
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role.
