Description:

Sheridan Lifts are looking for an experienced individual with the skill set to assist with our Customer Contracts and other data activities.

Working across all departments and offices the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and checking the Contracts side of Sheridan Lifts. This will involve communicating with various departments & updating the main system.

The person will also be running reports daily / weekly to keep track of renewal dates on all contracts and liaising with Sales / Service to ensure dates are kept up to date.

The person will also be responsible for checking the quality & accuracy of data within the system & related applications, correcting where necessary.

As part of your role, you will be provided with all the required software, analytics and data required to fulfil your role.

Full training will be provided on the success of your application.

This is an important, exciting, and progressive role within the company.

The Duties:

* This post will work closely with and be supported by the Head of Data & Systems.

* Resolving issues that may arise from incorrect data in a timely and effective manner.

* Monitoring and checking of Customer Contracts including upcoming renewal dates

* Advising relevant departments where action is required on contracts.

* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve data queries.

* Daily / Weekly data checks – correcting and liaising with service / projects where necessary.

* Weekly Report Publication on Contracts being renewed / lost.

* Support Head of Data on various activities – report design / publication.

* Reporting on secured quoted works to Sales and Repair Managers.

* Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.

* Ability to work independently and under pressure.

* Good verbal and written skills.

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

* An understanding of basic commercial finance would be advantageous.

* We are looking for someone upbeat and organised and can work on their own initiative.

* A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following: -

o Microsoft Office and associated systems, including online CRM systems.

o Fully Conversant with all MS365 office products

o Expert Level required on Excel.

o Experience of SharePoint Sites & Lists.

o Power BI or similar BI experience is required.
