Salary: £23.31 to £24.60 per hour PAYE to £30.33 per hour to £32.03 per hour Umbrella
Contract Type: Temporary (Temp to Perm opportunities)

If so, we have a fantastic temporary position available for a Contract Compliance Officer in the vibrant borough of Richmond & Wandsworth, London!
As the Contract Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of Leisure and Culture contracts by closely monitoring supplier performance and contract compliance.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to formulate robust contracts for the provision of leisure and culture services.
Conducting regular audits and reviews on suppliers' performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Monitor contract performance
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in contract management
Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues on contract-related matters.
Maintain accurate and up to date records, including contract documentation, performance data, and other relevant information
Identifying any breaches or gaps in contracts and working closely with suppliers to resolve these issues.
Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.Skills and qualifications we're looking for:
Previous experience in contract administration, preferably within the public sector.
Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, as well as procurement processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to analyse complex information.
