Description:

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist, focusing on enhancing performance and driving change within the organisation using Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies. The aerospace industry continuously strives for innovation and excellence, and this role will contribute to safer and more sustainable aviation technologies for present and future generations.

Key Responsibilities:

Use Lean Sigma tools to impact cost, quality, and delivery performance positively
Drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organisation
Work closely with teams at all levels to ensure best practices are shared and implemented
Influence and support changes to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction
Coach operational teams and provide training and facilitation on Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
Manage and implement change projects within the industrial domain
Occasional travel to other locations may be required

Job Requirements:

Experience in leading continuous improvement and change projects
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with management teams
Proven experience in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
Operational experience in aerospace or an industrial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and Minitab
Good knowledge of project management and change management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
