Role & Responsibilities
Lead site‑wide Lean strategy, driving cultural change and High‑Performing Teams (HPT) across all functions
Deliver measurable business improvements through Lean Six Sigma projects, cost‑saving initiatives, and process optimisation
Coach, mentor and develop Green Belts and problem‑solving capability (Kaizen, A3, DMAIC) across the organisation
Oversee strategy deployment, business continuity planning and risk management activities
Analyse and improve complex business processes, ensuring sustainable, repeatable operational performanceRequirements
Lean Six Sigma Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred
Proven track record delivering improvements and automation projects within manufacturing
