Working closely with the Operations Director, the opportunity of Continuous Improvement Lead is offered at an exciting time of change in an established business, who are also part of a highly successful group within the Food sector.

Role
As a successful service provider, the consistent positive relationships across the business are imperative for future development and growth. This requires a passionate, dedicated, and honest individual who can work to identify areas of improvement through interaction, understanding, and determination to see a process of improvement through from start to finish.
With dedication shown to drive continuous improvement, positive relationships across all departments are crucial to assess, monitor, improve and implement efficiencies to achieve a high level of site performance.
 
Person
Food, Fresh Produce, Chilled, FMCG arena exposure
Ability to coach and develop operational teams and individuals
Experience in Continuous Improvement and Change Projects in an operational domain
A passionate and professional approach, with the ability to work positively across the business
Six-Sigma and Lean experience would be highly advantageous

This position requires an individual who can show patience, understanding and resilience to recognise what needs to be addressed, changed, and implemented to improve not only the site performance but employee development and satisfaction to achieve that goal together.

Salary will be dependent on experience offered.
The site location is commutable from Essex and Kent
