Continuous Improvement Project Manager Day Rate: £350 - £400 pd Outside IR35

Continuous Improvement Project Manager Shifts: Monday '' Friday
Orion are partnered with a well-established premium Skincare business located in Aylesbury. We are recruiting for a highly experienced Continuous Improvement Project Manager who has strong experience implementing improvement and efficiency plans within an FMCG environment.
As the Continuous Improvement Project Manager you will be required to:
Lead a small team consisting of a PM & PE
Work from a consultant's CAPEX plans to implement improvement and efficiency plants to increase production and output across the company.
Manage the CAPEX Budget
Manage the large-scale project from cradle to grave
Manage suppliers and stakeholders.
Manage the tendering process for new suppliers that will support in the increase of output.
Deal with change management of new processes put in place.Continuous Improvement Project Manager Experience Required:
Experience within continuous improvement project management within the FMCG industry '' Skincare, pharma, manufacturing etc..
Managing CAPEX Budgets
Managing tendering processes
Implementing positive changes to increase productivity & output within large scale businesses.
Managing a small team
Working into senior management
Experience in a multi-faceted production environment e.g. mixing, blending, bottling of liquids and powders.
Supply chain & quality managementContinuous Improvement Project Manager Shifts: Monday '' Friday 45 hours per week.
