Are you an experienced engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the Food FMCG or general manufacturing industry? Do you have a strong electrical background with solid mechanical skills? If so, we want you to join our team as a Continental Shift Engineer!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment operate at optimal levels.
Address and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns swiftly to minimize downtime.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
Conduct routine inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and execute maintenance strategies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong mechanical skills with experience in the Food FMCG or general manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in planned preventative maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively on a continental shift pattern
