We are currently recruiting for a Contentious Private Client Litigator to join our client in their small team based in Chippenham to service a caseload that covers all aspects of contentious private client litigation.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience of contentious private client litigation is preferred but not essential, but you will need to have a strong litigious background even if that’s been in civil or commercial matters. Full training and upskilling within the practice area will be given if required.

The role will give you plenty of opportunities to grow and develop the caseload. You will be encouraged and given the independence to build relationships with other departments, external referrers, and Counsel.

We are looking for an individual who can develop strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team.

You will need to be approachable with an open-minded 'can-do’ attitude that encourages innovation, embraces change and displays resilience.
