Description:

We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our small & ambitious Marketing Team. You’ll take ownership of engaging content and organic social media while supporting SEO, paid social, digital PR and website development. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creativity with data-led thinking and understands how great content drives traffic, enquiries and sales.

What you’ll do

* Plan, create and manage content across website, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels.

* Own the content calendar, organic social activity and community engagement

* Write website, product, campaign, blog and customer-story content

* Support SEO, digital PR, link building and paid social campaigns

* Work with colleagues, agencies, photographers and videographers to produce strong creative assets

* Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and social reporting tools, turning insight into clear actions.

* Help set meaningful KPI’S for content, social media, SEO and digital campaigns, aligned with wider business objectives

* Analyse engagement, rankings, enquiries, conversion rates and cost per lead to understand which activity delivers the strongest commercial return.

* Produce clear monthly reports that explain performance, identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve the quality and volume of sales enquiries.

What were looking for in a Marketing & Social Media Exec:

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness. You should enjoy developing engaging content but also want to understand how that content performs and how it contributes to traffic, enquiries and ultimately sales.

You will be naturally curious about customer behaviour, comfortable working with data and prepared to challenge or change marketing activity when the results suggest a different approach is needed.

* At least two years’ experience in a marketing, content or social media role.

* Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.

* Experience creating commercial website and campaign content and managing business social accounts.

* Data driven with a good working knowledge of SEO and digital performance reporting

* An organised, proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a creative eye.

* Experience with paid social, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat or Canva is advantageous.
