Responsibilities

Create customer-centric content across digital platforms such as social media, CRM, and members platform.
Lead community management efforts to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and engagement.
Manage the content budget and monitor performance KPIs.
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns utilising segmentation and personalisation strategies.
Curate exclusive and informative content, including videos, blog posts, and expert collaborations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar.
Manage social media platforms, staying updated on trends, optimising content, and monitoring performance.
Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies, identifying and cultivating relationships with aligned influencers and brand ambassadors.
Measure and analyse the impact of influencer and brand ambassador campaigns, providing insights for future partnerships and campaigns.
Maintain and develop the brand ambassador programme, implementing changes based on industry insights and learnings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with wider business goals and campaigns.The Ideal Candidate

Significant experience in marketing communications, preferably in FMCG markets.
Experience in influencer marketing.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Ability to develop and manage content and social media campaigns.
Agency management experience.
Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator.
Familiarity with FMCG categories.
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
Experience using social media management tools.
Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
