Extra Recruitment are recruiting for Container Unloaders on behalf of a warehouse operation based in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an opportunity for anyone looking for occasional warehouse shifts alongside other commitments, including students or those looking to earn extra money.

Please note: This is ad hoc work. Shifts are offered as and when required and are not guaranteed every week.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2HS

Hours: Typically 12:30pm to 4:30pm

*

Shift Length: Typically 4 hours

*

Working Pattern: Ad hoc / part-time

Availability: Shifts offered as required

Pay Frequency: Weekly

The Role

As a Container Unloader, your responsibilities will include:

*

Manually unloading boxes and products from containers

*

Moving and stacking goods within the warehouse

*

Handballing and lifting stock

*

Keeping the warehouse and unloading areas clean and tidy

*

Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

This is a physically demanding role involving regular manual handling and heavy lifting.

Essential Requirements

*

Comfortable with repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting

*

Able to carry out physical warehouse duties safely

*

Reliable and able to attend agreed shifts

*

Able to commute to Stoke-on-Trent (ST4 2HS)

*

Happy to work on an ad hoc basis without guaranteed weekly shifts

Desirable Experience

*

Previous warehouse or container unloading experience
