Monday to Friday
As a Container Depot Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the depot operation in line with set KPIs. You will oversee all depot activities, including management of office-based staff, depot staff, dry and reefer M&R teams, ECH operators, and gate operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of monthly revenue targets, meeting or exceeding budgeted expectations while ensuring compliance with all company Health and Safety policies and environmental legislation.
Responsibilities of Container Depot Manager:
Manage depot operations to meet KPIs and ensure efficiency.
Supervise office and depot staff, ensuring smooth operations.
Achieve or surpass monthly revenue targets.
Allocate resources to meet customer requirements and uphold safety standards.
Experience Required for the position of Container Depot Manager:
Experienced in container depot operations and finance, including budgeting and P&L management.
Possesses technical knowledge of Container Equipment and an understanding of depot processes.
Demonstrates a proven track record of continuous improvement and strong problem-solving skills.
Capable of working under pressure, motivating others, and making high-level operational and strategic decisions, while also identifying new business opportunities.
