Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Team Leader on a permanent basis, for an organisation based in High Wycombe.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Contact Centre Team Leader:
Monitor and manage KPI's
Ensure all areas of work complies with policies, procedures and protocols
Deal effectively and promptly with escalations from the team
Work with the Contact Centre Manager to develop and deliver service improvement plans, including any processes and procedures
Develop effective working relationships with other internal teams and stakeholders
Maintain customer confidentiality
Support in delivering of the out of hours service
Actively promote and work in accordance with all relevant policies and legislationEssential Requirements of the Contact Centre Team Leader:
