Managing and motivating the contact centre team to achieve service targets
Ensuring excellent customer relations and resolving complex queries

Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer interactionsThe ideal individual for the Contact Centre Supervisor role will have:

Proven experience as a Customer Contact Executive or Customer Relations Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive approach to problem-solving
