Warm Leads | Uncapped Commission | No Weekends
Looking for a sales role where you're speaking to customers who are already interested, earning uncapped commission, and enjoying your weekends off?
We're a growing financial services company looking for confident, motivated sales professionals to join our team. If you're looking to build a long-term career in financial services rather than just another call centre job, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary & Benefits

Working Hours
Alternating weekly shifts:
* 9:00am - 5:30pm
* 10:00am - 6:30pm
What You'll Be Doing
* Speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in our products
* Handling a mix of warm inbound and outbound enquiries
* Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable financial and investment solutions
* Building strong relationships and trust with customers
* Working towards achievable individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Have sales or contact centre experience
* Are confident and professional on the phone
* Can build rapport quickly with customers
* Are target-driven and motivated by earning commission
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Want to develop a career within financial services
Financial services experience is helpful but not essential - full training is provided.
