Contact Centre Manager

We are supporting our client based in Harlow who are recruiting for a Contact Centre Manager. This is a full time, office based position with free parking, paying £40,000 with additional bonuses available. Hours are Monday - Saturday (every other Saturday), 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm, alternating each week. If you work the Saturday shift then you will have time off in lieu the following working week.

Duties will include:

Managing the contact centre, including absence and performance management
Coach and support the Team Leader to be a great role model
Focus on ensuring a high level of service is provided with customer satisfaction
Leading and shaping quality control to implement needed changes
Proactive resource management including liaising with external recruitment partners
Attend client review meetings when required
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives and strategies alignTo be successful you must have previous leadership experience, ideally within a contact centre environment to be able to understand the structure and demand on the employees and teams. You must be an inspirational leader who can demonstrate flexibility and integrity. An ability to deal with customers professionally and calmly is key, along with proven experience of delivering results.

Additional to the salary there is potential of a 12.5% yearly bonus, paid quarterly based on the same performance criteria as the call centre. If this is a challenge that excites you then click apply now to hear more!
