Fife Health & Social Care Partnership CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST IN GENERAL ADULT Permanent Full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint to the following Post 1 –  10 sessions per week, Central Fife and based at Whyteman’s Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy Post 2 – 10 sessions per week, Levenmouth area and based at Whyteman’s Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy This is an exciting time in NHS Fife as we undergo developments within the service.  You will be supported in providing strong clinical leadership. The HSCP supports and encourages consultant career development.  You must have the appropriate CCST (or be eligible for such inclusion within 6 months of the interview date) or candidates with suitable experience who would like to pursue specialist registration through the CESR process are encouraged to contact us to discuss potential opportunities This post may be eligible for Tier 2 sponsorship if no suitable UK or EEA National is identified. Pathways for personality disorder/complex trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, eating disorders are in development and opportunities for interested clinicians to have active involvement exist. Posts have arisen through retirement and redesign and are available in Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline and Whytemans Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy. Applicants who are fully registered medical practitioners who are holders of MRCPsych or equivalent, and an appropriate CCT (or be eligible for inclusion within 6 months of the interview date) are invited to make enquiries. We are also happy to have discussions with candidates who wish to pursue specialist registration through the CESR process. This post may be eligible for Tier 2 sponsorship if required.
