Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £54,600 to £71,800 Depending on experience
Location: Bridgwater
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Degree in HVAC engineering or related field
- Experience drafting construction work packs
- Demonstrable experience in HVAC engineering
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes and standards
- Confident use of Navisworks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Construction site experience
- Experience on major construction projects
Role information:
- Develop detailed construction workpacks for HVAC systems
- Ensure workpacks contain all relevant information, including drawings, plans and specifications and method statements necessary for the efficient and successful execution of HVAC construction
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards and project specifications
- Resolve any HVAC related issues
- Liaise with other teams to ensure HVAC systems are properly integrated
- Ensure quality assurance processes are appropriately implemented to ensure standards are met
- Maintain up to date project documentation
