Construction Tutor
Do you have the creativity, enthusiasm and an interest in the progression of young people? Are you an experienced industry professional looking for a career change?
Morthyng Group Limited is a registered charity and voluntary sector training provider and a 'not for profit' organisation that has supported the training of young people and adults.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified tutor with at least five years background in the construction industry and with trade qualifications at Level 3 or above.
It will be desirable for the applicant to have a proven track record of delivering practical and technical sessions to young people working towards Construction Level 1 & 2 and BTEC qualifications. However, for the right applicant we will consider an applicant without a teaching background and provide a suitable training programme.
What you need:
* Strong command of subject matter with recent experience (last two years) in the Construction industry
* Trade qualification Level 3 or above
* English & Mathematics Level 2 or above
* Conscientious, honest and reliable
* Student centred in approach to teaching and learning
