Construction Site Manager - Material Processing
£45,000 Per Annum + Overtime + Bonus
DAY SHIFT
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality installation of large processing plant within the mining sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation teams, subcontractors and site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, to specification and in accordance with all relevant Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day of projects from mobilisation through to completion.
* Coordinate and supervise installation teams, electricians, engineers and subcontractors.
* Plan labour, equipment, materials and site activities to ensure installations progress efficiently.
* Ensure projects are completed accordance with drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements and industry standards.
* Monitor project progress against agreed programmes and report any delays or issues.
* Carry out regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, quality and installation standards are maintained.
* Take responsibility for site Health & Safety, ensuring RAMS, permits, inductions and site procedures are followed.
