Construction Site Manager Wanted

Manpower Engineering are working with a residential development company who are building a number of affordable properties in Grantown-on-Spey to help them recruit a Construction Site Manager with strong leadership skills.

We're seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to lead our clients residential development project. From planning to execution, you'll ensure safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way.

Requirements:

A proven track record in Construction Site Management
Expertise in industry regulations and methods
Strong leadership and communication skills
CSCS Card and SMSTS Training
Proficiency in MS software
First Aid
Full UK Driving licenseResponsibilities:

Oversee site operations and team productivity
Resolve technical challenges on-site
Manage on-site Labour Force
Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors
Maintain site safety and cleanliness
Conduct regular inspections and meetings

Working hours: 8 per day Monday to Friday

Project Duration: 2 years
