Tasks

Manage the recruitment process from client onboarding to the offer/fulfilment stage.
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Identify, build and develop mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates
Attract and onboard new clients and candidates through marketing, business development, and networking
Advising the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Meeting or beating targets for bringing new business leads or conversations Requirements

Benefits

Our client is offering a starting salary of £26,000-£40,000 excluding bonuses and commission with a range of great incentives, excellent training and tech-stack, inclusive team working culture, and full support to ensure you can be a success.
