Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultantto join their expanding team. The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing construction professionals into a variety of temporary or permanent positions.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Interviewing and screening candidates to assess suitability.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement.
Advertising and marketing job opportunities.
Maintaining accurate candidate and client records.
Conducting compliance and right-to-work checks.
Supporting business development activities and generating new opportunities.
