PROJECT MANAGER - KENT BASED WITH NATIONAL SITE TRAVEL

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and progressive company who are looking for a Project Manager to be based out of their Kent office. The Project Manager will be overseeing multiple sites which typically are fit out/ refurbishment projects reporting into the Construction Director.

The role:

Office based with travelling to sites which can be nationwide. Working alongside the QS, Contracts Manager and Construction Director in a client facing delivering fit out/ refurbishment schemes.

The person:

Must have experience within fit out and refurbishment, be able to run numerous projects at once, client facing, good technical/ structural knowledge and design experience. Experience with a main contractor on fast track projects.

On offer:

Salary circa £60-65k plus company car, fuel card + package etc

Genuine progression within the company
