A leading Construction Consultancy renowned for its expertise and delivery of high-quality retail projects across the UK is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their National Commissions team in Bristol.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of retail projects from inception through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

Efficiently carrying out assigned duties in line with processes and procedures.
Complying with procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
Taking personal accountability for Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards.
Management and preparation of key stage reports, from feasibility to post-handover.
Ensuring delivery of value for money in all circumstances.
Preparation and management of various programmes and meetings.
Running bidding processes and managing queries from tendering contractors.
Managing multiple projects on 'LIVE' operational sites and assisting with contract documents.The Construction Project Manager

The ideal Construction Project Manager will demonstrate a positive and proactive approach, delivering customer service excellence and achieving good commercial results. Essential qualifications and experience include:

A Construction Project Management degree or similar construction-related qualification.
Extensive technical delivery experience, ideally within the retail sector.
Consultancy experience and good construction and M&E knowledge.
Familiarity with the design process and RIBA stages.
Well-organised, diligent, proactive, disciplined, and commercially astute.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
A track record of managing projects effectively, prioritizing workloads, and delivering to deadlines.In Return?
