We've got a good opportunity here with a privately owned London main contractor that's been around for 25 years. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver two £30m new-build projects in South West London.

???????????????????????? – 200+ ???????????????????????????? ????????????-???????????????????? ????????????????????, ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????.You'll work alongside a Project Director, with dedicated site teams on both jobs and support from commercial, buying, technical and engineering.
So you're not expected to run £60m worth of construction with a mobile phone and a clipboard. But you will need to know what's going on, keep people moving and spot problems before they become expensive ones.
Who are we after?
A proper main contractor background.
Experience delivering £15m–£40m+ new-build projects.
Residential, hotel, co-living or similar multi-storey experience.
Good understanding of D&B, programmes and design coordination.
Commercial awareness, common sense and the ability to get things done.Ideally, a Project Manager from a good small or medium-sized contractor who is used to taking responsibility rather than passing problems around.
There's also a potential £18m hotel extension in Vauxhall coming through the pipeline.
Up to £100k–£110k + executive car allowance + travel. PAYE or Ltd Company arrangements considered.
