Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Planner to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have extensive UK experience, with a strong background in super prime residential projects. As a Construction Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones for super prime residential projects.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved.
* Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and forecasts.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Utilize project management software to track project schedules and resources.
* Conduct site visits to monitor project progression and address any issues.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Planner in the UK construction industry.
* Strong background in super prime residential projects is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
