Project:
£35M commercial cut & carve
Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.
Role:
Construction Manager
Salary:
Up to £85,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)
Roles & Responsibilities of a Construction Manager:
Manage the day-to-day site delivery of fit out, refurbishment and cut & carve projects, ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme.
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Manage short-term programmes, sequencing and logistics, proactively resolving site issues and delays.
Oversee RAMS, health & safety, quality control and site compliance throughout the project.
Work closely with Project Managers, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and design issues.
Lead and support Site Managers and delivery teams, ensuring strong communication, accountability and project performance
