Day Rate: £300 - £350 per day 
Duration: 6 Months (with option to go direct / perm)

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a new challenge? 

We are currently working with a well regarded prime residential / commercial refurbishment contractor who is seeking an experienced Construction Manager /Project Manager to join their team in London. They specialise in complex refurbishments and alterations across the super prime residential / commercial  markets and are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to oversee the delivery of 1 to 2 projects at any one time, up to £4-5m in value.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Working with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensuring that projects are delivered to their satisfaction
Coordinating the work of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Developing and maintaining project schedules, managing programs, budgets, and resources
Issuing RFI's along with reviewing designs and ensuring trades coordinate.
Providing regular progress updates to clients and company management
Ensuring that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed on site
Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Requirements for the Construction Manager

A degree in construction management or a related field e.g trade backgorund
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Management/ Project Management within the super prime residential sector
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must have a good understanding of MEP / structural works (basements, underpinning, structural steelworks, temporary works).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
