A freelance Construction Manager is required for a fast-paced £1M CAT B fit-out project based in the centre of Birmingham.
The scheme involves works within an occupied building, so experience managing live environments and maintaining client/client-tenant relationships is essential.
You will be working with a well-established London-based D&B fit-out specialist, known for delivering high-quality commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Managing subcontractors and programme delivery
* Ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met
* Liaising closely with the project team and client representatives in a live environment
Requirements:
* Strong CAT B fit-out experience
* Proven track record working in occupied / live buildings
* Ability to manage tight programmes and coordinate trades effectively
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid as standard
