Construction and Engineering Associate 4+PQE: Bristol

Our client's construction and engineering team is one of the largest in the UK. They are recognised as top tier ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers, and they work on major infrastructure, energy, and development projects that shape the way people live. Their Construction and Engineering team has an outstanding reputation for working on strategic, complex, and innovative projects in the UK.

As a Construction and Engineering Associate, you will have the opportunity to advise on cutting-edge projects in the UK and overseas. You will work closely with our client's projects, real estate, finance, and corporate lawyers to enable complex construction, redevelopment, and infrastructure projects to come to fruition. The breadth of technologies you'll be able to advise on will be second to none, and you'll be encouraged to build strong relationships and actively contribute to industry groups. Our client's team operates in a variety of sectors, including renewable energy, nuclear, transport, defence, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Building the Culture: Provide exceptional service and engage in cultural initiatives that enhance the workplace.

- Delivering Results: Achieve personal goals, align efforts with the organisation's objectives, and manage matters effectively.

- Growing the People: Support team development, become an expert in your area, and seek opportunities for skill expansion.

- Developing the Business: Understand client needs, lead CRM efforts, network, and collaborate for business growth.

What you'll need:

Relevant experience working on high-quality construction and engineering projects.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Experience in leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
Must be a registered lawyer with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland.Benefits:
