Experience managing subcontractor payments and reconciliations

Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail

The ability to prioritise deadlines and work independently

A reliable, proactive and professional approach

Previous experience within construction, property development or a related industry is mandatory. Knowledge of retentions, applications for payment, Domestic Reverse Charge VAT and project costing would be particularly valuable.

What’s on offer?

A competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000 per annum

Ownership of a varied and trusted finance position

Direct involvement with the Managing Director

The opportunity to join an established and active construction business

A stable, long-term role with genuine responsibility
