Construction Assurance Managers required for High Speed Rail Project

London to Birmingham
Contract or Permanent - Contract Inside IR35.
Construction Assurance Managers for various sites.

Role Brief:
The Construction Assurance Manager will manager and undertake assurances of the Works to consider and provide accountability to the Contractor for maintaining standards of health and safety, supporting the required project delivery outcomes - namely, quality, environmental impact, Undertakings and Assurance obligations and Code of Construction Practice compliance.
Work closely with the Senior Construction Manager, the NEC3 Supervisor, Compliance and Assurance Manager, Stakeholder and Interfaces Manager, Project Manager and the Contractor in undertaking their role.

Experience Required:
• Earthworks and structural concrete exp/ general civils
• Knowledge of construction sites
• Client-based experience
• Site Manager or supervisor previously
• Experience in liaising with various pares
• Computer knowledge
