Role: Senior Architect

Seeking an exceptional architect in their office on a permanent basis covering jobs in the Southeast of England. The successful applicant should be able to provide a portfolio of works that demonstrate attention to detail and high-quality examples of work submitted.

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:

* Buildings Conservation experience is essential, with proven technical competence undertaking condition surveys and specifying repair works.

* Part 3 qualified with 3+ years post qualification experience for a UK based practice.

* AABC / RIBA SCA accreditation or equivalent experience with willingness to apply for accreditation soon is essential.

* Philosophical understanding of building conservation and an interest in building history

* Excellent design and drawing skills, competent in technical detailing.

* Proven project running experience, with good client-facing communication skills.

* Proven experience working on at RIBA stage 4 & 5

* Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient using AutoCAD and NBS

* BIM Conservation experience would be desirable but is not essential ARB, RIBA / RICS

* Desirable: AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA
