Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a Bristol based Landlord, to appoint an experienced Condition Surveyor on a 2-3 month contract running to the new year, producing condition reports of properties owned by the organisation.
Due to the short nature of the programme a very competitive day rate is offered, but there is also the potential of more work with them in the new financial year on a new programme of Surveys
