The opportunity to work for a well established company in the Birmingham area has become available for a Concierge Officer on a part time basis. This role is offering a long term temporary contract with great public transport links and the opportunity to positively impact your local community.
Concierge Officer
Monday to Sunday / Shift work
3 days a week (days/ nights) with overtime available
Birmingham (B19)
Temporary - 9 months
As a Concierge Officer, your main responsibilities will be:
To support residents living at our schemes in line with standards, policies and procedures
To deliver consistent and reliable customer service, which meets and wherever possible exceeds customer expectations
To identify and resolve any customer problem or complaints in a positive manner
To work with internal and external partners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
To support the team to create sustainable tenancies and communities
To respond to any emergency occurring in the blocks/ perimeters
To provide a security service and caretaking service
To be successful as a Concierge Officer, you will need:
Good written and oral skills
Minor handyman skills would be ideal
Good knowledge of buildings and building services
Excellent customer service
Experience as a Tenancy support, estate officer, scheme assistant, scheme manager or resident support officer
You must be able to work flexibly between Monday to Sunday, days and nights.
