Smile Education are currently working with a secondary school in the Loughborough area who are looking to appoint a Computer Science Teacher from August 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking school that is continuing to invest in both technology and student development. The school is looking for someone who can make Computer Science engaging and accessible, helping students build confidence in coding, problem-solving, and digital skills in a modern classroom environment.

The Role:

Full-time Computer Science Teacher role starting August 2026, with flexibility to consider 4 days or job share for the right candidate
Teaching Computer Science across KS3 and KS4
Opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience
Full teaching responsibilities including planning, marking, and assessment
Long-term role with potential to become permanent

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching Computer Science within a secondary setting
