Composite Team Leader | Oxford | £££negotiable
Are you an experienced Composite Team Leader looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that genuinely values its people?
We’re recruiting for a growing composite manufacturing business in Oxford that supplies high-performance composite components. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example, support your team on the shop floor, and help deliver exceptional quality.
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Leading a team of Composite Laminators and/or Trimmers
✔ Supporting production to achieve quality, delivery and efficiency targets
✔ Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
✔ Ensuring work is carried out safely and to the highest standards
✔ Working closely with Production Managers to drive continuous improvement
✔ Remaining hands-on when required
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in composite manufacturing
* Previous experience leading or supervising a team
* Strong knowledge of prepreg composite processes
* A positive, organised and proactive approach
* Someone who enjoys developing people and leading from the front
What’s on offer:
Excellent Salary PAYE (depending on experience)
40-hour week with a 3pm finish every Friday
Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours, with enhanced weekend rates
