· Nights – Monday to Thursday 6PM – 6AM

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
The Role
As a key member of our production team, you’ll:

Prepare moulds by applying release agents to ensure flawless production
*
Hand laminate pre-preg materials with accuracy and attention to detail
*
Safely de-mould cured components, protecting both parts and tooling
*
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exacting quality standards
*
Follow and uphold our quality management systems
Key Skills and Competencies:
The Candidate

Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship is available
*
Must be able to commute to site with their own vehicle due to the rural location
*
Highly methodical, precise, and quality-driven
*
Experienced in working from technical drawings and specifications
*
Skilled at minimising material waste and working efficiently
*
Able to manage their workload and meet deadlines
*
Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to problem-solving
*
Confident communicators with strong attention to detail
*
Comfortable escalating issues when needed
