Compliance Coordinator - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire - Up to £50k per annum
CBW are currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator to be based in Milton Keynes and to work with one of their key clients. Day to day duties will include preparing and reporting compliance performance, collaborating with site teams, set up planned maintenance schedules and much more.
Hours of Work:
08:00am to 17:00pm
Monday to Friday
Office based Key Duties:
Managing building maintenance assets
Validating planned preventative maintenance
Reporting compliance performance
Ingest building maintenance assets into the Computerised Maintenance Management System
Set up a planned maintenance schedule in accordance with SFG20 standards
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of asset information within the CMMS
Validate that PPM activities have been completed as scheduled
Ensure all mandatory and statutory paperwork has been received, is correct, and appropriately filed
Prepare and report on compliance performance, highlighting non-compliant actions and steps taken to resolve them
Ensure reporting meets the requirements to discharge contractual responsibilities
Generate regular compliance reports for senior management and clients.
Collaborate with site teams to ensure accurate asset information and PPM scheduling.
Work closely with central technical support to resolve compliance issues and implement best practices.Requirements:
Experience working in compliance
Experience in asset management
Knowledge of SFG20
General administration experience
IT and CMMS proficient
