Description:
Our presitgious client based in Bury, require a compliance clerk to join their team.
Pay:
Basic
£11.98 - OT£14.98 - Weekend rate £13.18 - Late shift £13.18
Job Role:
Assist compliance manager with keeping vehicle history files up to date and organised
Liaise with service providers to get defect work/services booked or chase information on current VORs
Complete defect reports/VOR reports
Update Tachomaster and DHLs internal compliance portal with any changes in fleetShift pattern:
Any 5 from 7 (generally mon-fri with 2 weekend days per month)

Job role:
Brief/Debrief drivers on routes, ensuring all paperwork and driver equipment is correct
Monitor vehicle tracking to make sure deliveries are made on time
Fill in shift performance reports
Complete vehicle defect notes, breakdown callouts where applicable
Communicate with customer services via email
Communicate operational updates with Warehouse and transport teams
Shift pattern:
4 on 4 off shifts
