Are you a dedicated team player committed to upholding the highest standards of care and compliance in an elderly care home setting? Do you have a passion for providing excellent care and can support our care home teams to stay fully compliant, not just when inspections are imminent?
If you're experienced in a senior role within a care home and are looking to join a senior Leadership Support Team with a provider with a strong value-driven mission, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role
I am seeking a motivated and committed Compliance Support Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to the providers goal of delivering the highest standards of elderly care, with an aim to have each of their care homes rated as "Outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As Compliance Support Manager, you will ensure that our care homes maintain excellent standards by conducting regular compliance audits. You'll follow up with constructive feedback, both verbal and written, including detailed action plans for our home managers and deputy managers. We're looking for someone who can collaborate positively with our teams.
This role involves significant travel throughout the East Midlands, with about three days per week on the road and occasional overnight stays. It's a full-time position requiring flexibility to meet deadlines and complete all tasks to a high standard.

What We Offer
• Competitive salaries along with additional incentives to reward team members for their dedication.
• Quarterly bonus of 15% of the salary based on specific performance goals.
• Potential to be eligible for company shares, subject to meeting certain criteria.
• Support to work towards NVQ levels

Essential Experience

• At least three years of management experience in the elderly care home sector
• A broad knowledge and understanding of the care industry
• NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent, and willingness to pursue NVQ Level 5 and/or 7 (or be a registered nurse)
• Proficiency in using computers, especially email, Excel, and Word
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel on multiple days a week
• At least five years of management experience in the elderly care home sector; or
• At least two years of experience in a compliance role within a group of elderly care homes.

If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you! Apply now and help us achieve our mission to provide outstanding care for our elderly residents.
