Compliance Support Manager – Elderly Care
Lincolnshire with regular travel within East Midlands
£40,000 - £50,000 + Car and Fuel + Bonus
I am looking for an exceptional person to work for a family-owned care group who need a Compliance Support Manager.
In this role you will:
* Help to ensure the highest standards of Compliance and Care across six elderly care homes
* Complete visits to homes to perform Compliance audits
* Follow up audits with timely and constructive feedback, both verbally and in writing (including action plans)
* Work alongside home managers in a positive and collaborative way
For this great job you must have:
* At least three years’ experience in a management role within the elderly care home sector
* A wide knowledge and understanding of the care sector
* NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or 7 (or be a registered nurse)
* Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
* Driving licence and be comfortable driving 80 miles or more many days of the week
* The ability to undertake significant travel and occasional overnight stay
* Live 30 miles from Sleaford/within a 60 minute drive
