Role: Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst (12-Month FTC)

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst to join a leading organisation in Milton Keynes on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Previous experience within the automotive financial services industry is essential. Please note, this is not an IT or software testing role.

Duties of a Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst:

Review customer journeys to ensure fair and compliant outcomes
Identify risks, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
Deliver insightful reports with clear recommendations
Support the business in meeting FCA and Consumer Duty standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive positive customer outcomes
Influence process improvements that enhance customer experience
Play a key role in maintaining quality, compliance and operational excellence
What we would like from you:

Previous experience working within the automotive financial services industry is essential.
Knowledge of FCA regulations, Vulnerable Customers and Consumer Duty.
Experience conducting quality assurance, compliance monitoring, outcome testing or file reviews.
Strong understanding of customer journeys within motor finance.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience producing detailed reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
