Your new company
* Is a well known financial management and consulting service to worldwide and national facility management contractors.
Your new role
This is a home-based role, but travel to sites will be required. This position covers 7 schools across Birmingham.
* Review and coordinate feedback on the statutory and contractual compliance of subcontractors across the contract.
* Conduct on-site compliance reviews of subcontractors and provide exception reports.
* Highlight any problems promptly.
* Identify and report trends of non-compliance.
* Create performance reports for board meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
* We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role.
* PFI experience is desirable.
